Lithuania’s RyRalio DJs took their last year release, the spacious and dreamy “Sultry Blue” to the world tour, and it appeared in compilations and dancefloors in the UK, Spain, France and even as far as Bulgaria and United Arab Emirates. Now they are back with another dancefloor filler, recorded with Californian nightingale Nica Brooke who also worked with Da Sunlounge (Myna Music) and ever impressive Rithma (Om Records). Here it is... "Dance Out Loud"...
The unstoppable house team Inland Knights were asked for a remix of the track, and here it comes – the true gem with acidic baseline and nicely cut vocals. And finally there is the topping of "Dance Out Loud" – the two remixes provided by the new house genius Nacho Marco (Freerange, OM, Aroma, Pacha, etc.). Always original, always sure of his production, always fresh – Nacho’s Vocal and Dub remixes give this record the well-deserved deep, techy and hypnotic edge...
From the mystical Lithuania, the land of quiet streets and uber-loud club nights, please welcome a piece of celestial house music!

1. RyRalio DJs feat. Nica Brooke – Dance Out Loud (Original)
RyRalio Records are back with its latest release by a young and very promising talent rising straight from the heart of Lithuania. Please welcome Santi Touch!
In 2004 Lauris Lee and Karalius from RyRalio Records noticed Santi Touch’s talent when he was only 18. Right after that his track was included in RyRalio CAFÉ compilation, where his remix of Latvian house crew Craft B appeared too.
In recent years Santi Touch has released tracks and remixes on “Reelgroove” (UK), “Soulstar” (Germany), Cabrio (Estonia). It seems like 2008 will be very busy year for this young producer as a bunch of new releases are already scheduled for this year.
The release starts with Original version (1) of “Candle”. This floorshaker combines sharp and shaking beats with some electrified and jazzing vibes which will make a real move on your dancefloor.
Spin Science Remix (2) enters deep spaces with sound that we call Nordic house. It’s a little bit progressive,a little bit spacey and always deep – exactly what you can hear on other Spin Science releases on labels like Plastic City, ROTD and Urbantorque.
The release is closed by Whare Wurlitzer Dub (3). This deep and dubby version is brought to you from Vienna‘s freshest project Whare. Watch out for those guys as their new record label takes departure in a few months and it will hit your record players quite heavily.

1. RyRalio DJs feat. Monica Brooke – Sultry Blue (Zickus Original Re-Rub)
RyRalio DJs feat. Monica BrookeSultry Blue [RYRA 004]
Building on the success of their recent single “Nothing Special” Lithuania’s best RyRalio DJs present an inimitable, unforgettable single of the summer of 2007. Sultry Blue is a unique collaboration between the Baltic deep house producers Karalius and Lauris Lee and the Californian singer and lyricist Monica Brooke.
Emerging from Lithuania (where it won the first ever “Radiocentras Best Dance Act” award – a sort of Lithuanian Grammy - for RyRalio DJs), Sultry Blue was the No.1 dance music single of 2006 in local radio charts. The success was quite unsurprising - as the original track had a lazy summer sunshine mood and is deep as the Baltic Sea – the new Mediterranean...
The matchmaker between Monica Brooke and the RyRalio DJs was Rithma from ”Om Records”, who has collaborated with both sides during his impressive career. Monica Brooke has tried out being a musical performer, a member of 4-piece girl r’n’b band and even headlining a rock band in LA, until a “Music Connection” reviewer compared her to Aretha Franklin. She has never looked back then, and has scored numerous collaborations with Rithma, Alan Baratt and is now completing her solo debut album.
For the international release, some special remixes have arrived, including the “Sunset Remix” by the British artist Da Sunlounge (2). Remix was crafted in one special building in Nottingham, where the artist and fellow masters of deep sound Crazy P and Inland Knights teams share neighbouring studios. Guess who did some SECRET contribution to the remix? And let the deep and kicking beats, euphoric keys by Da Sunlounge make your summer night even more fascinating!
It’s time now for the German sound of 2007, as the duo Luna City Express (3) does some sharp and minimalistic edition to Sultry Blue. The “Sun Remix” was created by Marco Resmann & Norman Weber, famous for the deep and housey attitude, expressed in the much loved new “Moon Harbour Inhouse Vol. 2” compilation.
Finally, there is some fresh and enthusiastic Lithuanian remix gems of Sultry Blue, including the one by a fellow Kaunas producer and one of the most important figures of local house scene Andy Lau (4). And there is a bona fide progressive reinterpretation of the track by Simuck and Kastis Torrau (5), which has already find the way into the playlist of Deep Dish.
Sultry Blue is the universal tale about the Ocean, the Deep and the Summer of Your Life. Enjoy!
1. RyRalio DJs feat. Monica Brooke – Sultry Blue (Original)
The 6 track EP "Nothing Special" opens with RyRalio DJs deep and funky original version (1) from their studio in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Chicago house godfather Johnny Fiasco, who actually stood at the roots of all of it, added dubbed, driving and acidic musical touch to the release by his remix "Tonic Mix" (2). Johnny's productions are sweet as roses, but bite as the hedgerow thorns.
From still sunny California, comes the moody "Sure Is Special" (4) version of the track by Om Records talent Rithma, the author of highly acclaimed album "Music Fiction". He supplies a lot of micro breaks and special soundscapes from his studio in Topanga Canyon. Rithma is about to release his second full-length album "Sex Sells" on Om Records, and "Sure Is Special Mix" shows the darker, experimental side of the Californian producer. This track is the part of the musical storm, which Rithma has already started after the calm year of 2006.
And finally, you will be able to take a ride through moody Baltic lands, with Riga‘s finest Bandmaster’s Flight (5) duo (Amber Muse, R2 Records) providing the deep house version of "Nothing Special". It is a subtle touch of chilled grooves and melodic sounds.
At the very end RyRalio welcomes Lithuanian house whiz kid, who made great debut on Reelgroove Records in the very last days of 2006 and who just finished remix for Lenny Fontana & Byron Stingly track "I’ll Give You". Please welcome Santi Touch and his "Santi Special" (6) version colored by breaky, funky and electro influences.

First ever lounge music CD in Lithuania "Pizza Jazz Music" represents highest standarts of music, a real gourmanic dish for the ears. Compilation was created in collaboration with such artists like Neon Heights, Rumpistol or Rithma alongside with lithuanian artists. CD, consisting of twelve tracks, was released in strictly limited edition.
Simuck is a homey-electronica wizard from North Lithuania and no wonder his "Still EP" has a number of jewels. "Still" is an outstanding deep house track with the night energy.
Already 4am classic at "RyRalio" events in Lithuania, the calm and brilliant title track is the favorite by house and tech house DJs and fans.
"Still (Late Nite Mix)" takes on to even deeper journey to the late night music. It comes with more chilled vibes. We heard not a single person say this is the best Sunday house track ever made in the Baltic's.
And our definite "RyRalio" office favorite "Wingfield" is light and easy piece with minimalistic loops and superb groovy mood. So delicate and soft, dreamy and catchy it has vibe, which grants dancehall the second breathing during those lovely morning hours.
The jazzy, playful and spacey cut from RyRalio production team features one of the best contemporary Lithuanian vocal talents Giedre from EMPTI fame. She also wrote a beautiful text, dealing with nostalgia, love and living the life "At Full Speed" (actually, this is the Lithuanian name of the song). Do you remember the evening you danced on the roof... "Visu greiciu" is about that magic moment.
"Life Is Long" is an opening gate to the world of Lithuanian jazzy house. The funky basslines and turntablist stylings, topped with the organic sounds of light, swinging, latin percussion, wailing saxophones, and fluttering flutes forms the distinct sound of Jazzus Juice. The release includes amazingly frivolous and funky remix crafted by talented mr. Rithma (Om Records).
